Today we started placing the sound effects into our radio drama e.g. the use of foot steps to create tension when roxy is being followed by Max:
and the use of background sound to make the audience aware the actors are situated in a public place, doing this part we found the sound effect called 'swimming' sounded a much better sound for the background of a bar then any other sound effect of public noise did this was quite a surprise.
Also we were looking for a suitable theme tune... we wasn't successful at finding one though, we used the website 'song.ly' to search various instrumentals mostly looking at song by the artist 'Rhianna' as we found her music to have quite dramatic either starts or ends but we just couldnt decided which one to opt for :( we got pretty much all the sound effects in to the radio drama and it has started to sound good as the sound effects really did create appropriate atmosphere and dramatic tension.

Roxy: Me too, I had better go in now
(Roxy walks away but Max follows) (foot steps fade)
( sounding out of breath, dramatic music)
