Today we started the editing :) I personally found aspects of this process extremely difficult due to never having used the program to such standard before. We had already looked for some sound effects so had some in mind to use. We started by opening sound track pro and having a few listens through our piece on a Mac, before cutting parts using the cut tool present on the programme and arranging so it ran smoothly altogether as a piece. After having a fiddle around with the tools we all got the hang of the simple aspects of the programme so editing was starting to seem easier as we went on today. So today we had cut and put together our piece so it sounded smooth. We haven't added any sound effects yet so it sound quite simple at the moment but hopefully we will be able to input this next lesson.
